This style of class is for everyone; male or female, young or old!! It is geared towards beginners and making life changes! It comes with nutritional counseling where we go over your life, the food you eat, some changes (if any) and how to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Full Membership

Full membership allows you to attend any class that you would like! With a full membership you can attend any day of the week and even attend multiple classes on any given day.
