• What to Expect 10/11 - 10/17 • Welcome to a new week and a new chance to work on getting closer to your goals! 😁 This Saturday at 9am is our monthly Community Workout, free to ANY level of fitness and any age group. We also have a free Halloween themed Community Workout Friday, October 29th at 6pm. Wear your best costumes! 👻 Monday you can expect ring muscle ups or transitions and clean and jerks. It is TABATA style, which means you get 10 seconds rest in between each working set of 20 seconds. Don’t you worry, 95% of the gym does NOT have muscle ups so there will be options for any level available! Tuesday will consist of wallballs and rowing, working strong and efficient pulls. Wednesday will be ab focused rig work and burpees to elevate the heart rate. Expect a benchmark EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) called “CHELSEA” Wednesday, which is pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats. Friday will be an Olympic lifting day focused on snatching. Saturday will be Team of 4 for our Community Workout where you can bring friends and family or stop in and get to know your NEW fit family. Sunday’s optional workout is a partner workout with box step-ups and kettlebell swings. One will be holding an L-sit or front rack while the other works. “Work Your Weakness” for strength, skill, and stamina are posted in the comments section of Monday’s workout!
